Divide a tract of land into smaller parcels or combine multiple lots into one.

KATOPO has extensive experience with the subdivision and consolidation surveys in Lebanon.

A subdivision survey is necessary in order to split a piece of land into smaller pieces. It will show the survey data on a map that adheres to local subdivision ordinances. Each lot on the map will be assigned some kind of identifier such as a number or a letter. We then work with the city and the map becomes the official legal description of all the lots within your subdivision. Usually a subdivision survey involved a survey of the boundaries that need to be divided, a topographic survey, a layout of the interior of the tract and the design of the streets.

A consolidation survey is a re-mapping of two or more adjacent lots or parcels of land, combining them into one larger parcel. Once the survey work is completed, a map that indicates the new combined parcel of land will be reflected on the approved consolidation survey plan and marks the new legal boundary for the consolidated piece of land.
